Chicken Soup recipe: very delicious to serve in snacks

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • One whole chicken
  • 1 gallon water (enough to cover chicken)
  • 1 onion cut in quarters
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch of ginger root shredded
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 4 large carrots cut in one inch slices
  • 2 stalks celery cut in one inch slices
  • 1 can baby corn

Method:

  • First, combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, salt and water in a large stock pot and bring them to a boil.  Well, you can also use crock-pot but it tale more time to cook as compare to stock pot.
  • After that, if feel that they start boiling then, simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour for skimming off oil and fat as needed.
  • You can also test chicken with a fork to determine when it is tender and fully cooked.
  • Next, remove the chicken and shred it, removing fat, bones, skin, and gristle.
  • Then, strain chicken broth.
  • Next, add vegetables and chicken to chicken broth and bring them to a boil,
  • After that reduce the heat to simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  • Well, Chicken Soup is ready to serve.
  • Serve chicken soup hot with black pepper powder and cream!
