Indian Famous Tea Time Recipe – Bread Pakora

In bread pokora is famous snack in India. Easy to cook and everyone loves it. Eating bread pakora with a sweet sauce and a spicy chutney accompanied by a cup of hot Indian tea.

Here I am giving you recipe, cook and taste India Break Pakora:

Ingredients:

1.       Take 5-6Bread Slices

2.       1 ½  cup Gram Flour (Besan)

3.       1/4th tsp turmeric powder

4.       Salt to taste

5.       1/2 tsp Ajwain

6.       Red chili powder to taste

7.       1/4th tsp Garam Masala powder

8.       Water for batter

9.       Oil for frying

Method:

  • Cut Bread slices into desired shapes (like triangle, rectangle, square etc.)
  • In a bowl add gram flour salt, chili powder, garam masala, ajwain and mix it well.
  • Now by pouring little water at a time make a smooth batter (neither too thick nor too lose)
  • Take a frypan and heal oil on medium flame
  • Take cut pieces of bread and dip in the paste and fry till crisp on medium flame.
  • Serve bread pakora hot with green chutney, tomato sauce and also with Tea.
